We are seeking a Senior Manager – Subsidiary Governance Office (SGO) Canada to join a dynamic governance and legal operations team supporting 90+ Canadian subsidiaries.
This contract role will provide coverage during a parental leave while contributing to critical governance oversight, board support, and corporate compliance initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders, board members, and legal professionals to ensure strong governance practices across regulated and non-regulated entities.
