Senior Manager (Strategic Purchasing) (HO )

Position: Senior Manager (Strategic Purchasing)

Rank: Chief Executive Officer

Department/Cluster: Strategic Purchasing Office, Finance Division, Hospital Authority Head Office

Pay: HK$158,552 to HK$182,669 (HMPS point 20 to 24) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end‑of‑contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

  1. Manage the daily operations and contracts of current Hospital Authority (HA) Public Private Partnership (PPP) programmes.
  2. Coordinate the planning and implementation of migration or integration of existing HA PPP programmes.
