This role shall lead the strategic operations to drive operational excellence and innovation projects in the Home Care. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to produce deep-dive analyses, execute complex projects, and help devise the overarching strategy for Home Care Operations in Singapore.
1. Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Management
Formulate Long-Term Strategy: Support the HOD to develop strategies aligned with organizational direction and national/sectoral priorities.Relationship Building: Build and maintain robust relationships with regional stakeholders, government agencies (e.g., AIC, MOH), and community partners.
