Purpose

• Leads the Global HR Technologies Applications and Development team. The Lead is the principal application owner of all internally developed applications, and is responsible for development of new features and new applications for operational continuity and modernization. They lead a team in ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
