Job Description

Own the organic growth strategy and execution across our six memorial and obituary portals in Germany, Sweden, and Norway. We're sitting on a large, multi-market inventory of memorial pages with a 3–4× traffic upside that is entirely unworked – no active SEO ownership, no programmatic content strategy, no GEO positioning.
This is a build-it-yourself, first-of-its-kind role at Rapid Data, and it's built for someone in founder mode: you don't wait for a roadmap to be handed to you, you define the target state yourself, build the programmatic SEO architecture in close partnership with Engineering, and establish the content-as-marketplace playbook from scratch – the same model that made StepStone, ImmobilienScout24, and mobile.de category leaders in their verticals.
