Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication skills.
Minimum 10 -12 Years of experience in US Healthcare medical billing process.
2.5 years of experience as Senior Manager.
Minimum team size of 100-120 resources.
Should have experience of handling US based client calls/emails.
Should be flexible with shifts.
Should be good at performing analysis, preparing dashboards, AR Matrix.
Should be Creating Goals for team and monitoring progress.
Developing and implementing strategies to achieve internal/external goals.
Should have Knowledge of various functions within RCM to run the process effectively.
NextGen, Allscript, eClnical, Trizetto, Waystar, Jopari & experience is preferred.
