What’s the role?
 
This is a 12-month parental leave corer based in Sydney.
 
In this role, you’ll lead how Consumer Finance strengthens and improves its risk and control environment. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to make risk practical, well understood and embedded in everyday decision‑making. The focus is on building strong ownership, lifting capability and making sure risks stay within appetite while supporting business outcomes. You’ll lead a team, guide change and turn complex risk information into clear insights people can act on.
