This role is to

  • Drive the China for China retail concept creation, leverage flagship stores and pilot initiatives across consumers experience (VM, ISC, service, digital) to deliver locally resonant, on-brand solutions that successfully adapt the global creative vision for the local market.

  • Pioneer retail design concepts that forge deeper connections with Chinese consumers, setting world-class standards for the image of the adidas brand in GCA, enable GCA to successfully implement the global vision at every consumer touchpoint.

  • Inspire a winning culture and drive operational excellence through Retail design experience team, and collaboration with the HQ teams and other markets

  • Interact the Global development & landing of Global new concepts and the optimization of all consumer touchpoints to elevate consumer impact in GCA.
