In this role you will:
  • Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

  • Work with the Director and GHRS business leaders to conduct process assessments and identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to business challenges. 

  • Act as the prime delegate on behalf of the Director, Program Planning and Execution.

  • Play a leadership role within the Program Planning and Execution team, coaching and guiding the team towards successful execution of plans and activities

  • Translate recommendations into actionable plans with measurable outcomes in alignment with business objectives.

  • Manage a portfolio of the most highly complex operational programs from start to finish and delivers impactful results; this includes collecting and analyzing process data, identifying root cause, requirements gathering/validati...
