Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to oversee and drive projects within Carrier Climate Solutions Transportation Container business segment and ensure that products meet customer needs and market requirements. The position will lead multi-functional product development teams, including identification of team members, allocation of resources, development and maintenance of individual and group/development team objectives.
