JP AMZL (Amazon Last Mile) ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) is seeking a Senior Manager, PMO to spearhead transformation initiatives and process excellence across our last-mile operations in Japan. As we approach 2026, this role will be pivotal in orchestrating the integration of SCM and other Mile streams, while insisting on and driving the highest standards for business processes and AI-driven efficiencies. The position demands strong collaboration with global ACES teams and regional stakeholders to align with worldwide best practices, particularly in evaluating and implementing most updated AI solutions.
As a core leader within AMZL ACES, you will need to demonstrate mastery in four critical areas that define PMO excellence: Strategic Thinking & Planning, Stakeholder Management & Communication, Program Management & Execution, and Change Management & Transformation.
