Key Responsibilities
* Design for assembly - carryout manufacturing feasibility on the new product design and get the required modification in product design. Strongly influence design and engineering department by proposing solution improving the manufacturability of a product.
* Coordinate with cross function teams to realise the project goals
* Leads technical trials and tests to validate critical welding technologies
* Participate in the installation and setting up of new equipment in the factories.
* Perform experimental welding to evaluate new equipment, techniques, and materials
* Able to lead to qualification of the different products.
