Primary Job Function:
Lead and guide the team of raw material procurement managers for developing category strategy, negotiating with vendors etc. to ensure that the strategic procurement objectives met consistently.Develop supply market insight capability within the Procurement organization to increase knowledge of supply market dynamics, composition, trends and gain a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and business models from a macro and micro economic perspective covering Procurement.Monitor supply market dynamics across peer organizations also for benchmarking purposes.Use business insights to leverage opportunities.
