Senior Manager - Process Development & NPI for Power Cable Assemblies

Job Overview TE Connectivity is seeking a SR MGR MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEERING for DDN BU with location in Mexico. The SR MPDE Manager will lead a team of process development and automation engineers tasked with developing assembly processes for power cable assemblies and coordinating with the manufacturing engineering team on the transition to mass production. Responsibilities: Allocate and balance the work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; help resolve people/functional issues in the team to achieve targeted performance and retain key talent. Lead a team of engineers who will: Develop power cable assembly manufacturing process in accordance with LEANPD product development.
