BLOX is seeking a Senior Manager, Estimating & Preconstruction to lead the end-to-end estimating and preconstruction function across one or more BLOX modular programs. This role owns the accuracy, integrity, and margin impact of BLOX's pricing; develops and maintains C-suite-level client and commercial partner relationships during pursuit and negotiation; and contributes meaningfully to BLOX's strategic pipeline decisions.
