Job Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Project Leadership: Define, establish, and manage the timeline for innovation projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy. Evaluate and input on innovation pipeline prioritization
    Evaluate and input on innovation project timeline and feasibility based on innovation project complexity and new capability assessment Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central liaison between Innovation, Product Development, marketing, finance, operations, and manufacturing to ensure cohesive project execution.
