Responsibilities
- Manage the requirements, design, development, and implementation of Workday reporting solutions for multiple HR data domains, including Recruiting, Learning, Reporting and Security domains. Experience with Paradox or HiredScore an asset.
- Manage a team of high-performing analysts, coach and develop their Workday skills, identify and prioritize department work, delegate projects and manage to successful results while fostering a safe workplace of inclusiveness and belonging.
- Develop Workday enhancements and maximize active features for Recruiting, Paradox and Learning modules, with a focus on automation and leveraging AI opportunities to reduce manual efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to lead a team providing exceptional customer service, managing critical projects in collaboration with HR, and achieving business objectives.
