What´s the role?

As a Senior Manager, People Strategy & Governance serves as a key strategic partner to the VP of People, leading the execution and governance of the People Transformation agenda for Liberty Puerto Rico. This role integrates project leadership, organizational change, and Chief-of-Staff responsibilities to ensure clear priorities, strong alignment, and disciplined execution across the People function. You will drive cross-functional, enterprise-impact projects by overseeing planning, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication. A central responsibility is leading the people side of transformation, assessing organizational implications, implementing changes to processes, systems, roles, and structures, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable, sustainable outcomes.
