- Leading and managing assurance and accounting engagements, including relevant tax filings, with dedicated resources and paperless office infrastructure.
- Supervising and mentoring junior and senior staff on assurance and accounting engagements.
- Identifying and resolving assurance and accounting engagement issues.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Providing strategic insights and advice to clients to support their business goals.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of best practices within the team.
- Participating in business development activities to attract new clients and expand service offerings.
