The Forge Operations (IMO) team sits within Operational Services and partners with the enterprise Forge Integration program and cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute operational readiness for Interim and MVP offers, and to support future-state full integration work through 2027. Our team coordinates integration planning, drives clarity on operational model and requirements, and enables on-time delivery of operational artifacts, controls, training, and go-live support needed to launch and run new offers with quality.
