Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Manager – Operations & Delivery will be responsible for, including but not limited to
Drive day-to-day business operations and execution across the India office.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the India office, working closely with US leadership to ensure seamless execution of business operations, client engagements, recruitment, and delivery initiatives.
Partner closely with US leadership to execute strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
Support client delivery by managing resource planning, staffing coordination, onboarding, and delivery execution.
Work closely with Sales, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
Personally support hiring for critical Sales, Marketing, IT, and leadership positions across India and the US whenever required.
