Senior Manager, Operations

Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of SME Business, you will drive operational excellence to support the SME function’s performance and growth. You will translate business requirements into practical operational plans, streamline processes, and ensure effective implementation of key initiatives.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will improve workflows, monitor performance, resolve operational gaps, and ensure readiness for new products, policies, and system enhancements. This role requires strong execution capability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
