Responsibilities
- Champion a customerfocused culture that deepens client relationships and leverages broader Bank capabilities, systems, and insights.
- Own the endtoend delivery of the roadmap, from discovery through launch and optimization.
- Lead problem discovery to understand customer needs, pain points, and journey friction, informed by data, user research, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to translate insights into clear, viable product solutions.
- Define customer and business value by establishing objectives and key results (OKRs), and communicate the value proposition through clear, datadriven materials.
- Work with Analytics to track, analyze, and act on key performance indicators (e.g., funnel performance, activation, and engagement).
