- 15+ years’ experience preferred in Colocation and Managed Services products
- Diploma to a Bachelor's Degree preferred
What the job involves
- Manages and leads a team of Project and Program Managers responsible for Customer Service Delivery activities including planning standards reviews and best practices
- Provides management and leadership across the team to ensure the team's growth is in alignment with business needs
- Sets goals for immediate team members
- Ensures planning standards reviewed and improved at regular intervals
- Anticipates areas for continuous improvement and lessons learned and leads the team on closing gaps
