Position: Sr. Manager - People Experience (HR Technology)

Team Handling Role:

People Experience will lead the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and governance of all HRMS platforms, SAP and Sales force. This role is responsible for driving digital transformation within the HR function by designing scalable HR technology solutions, ensuring seamless system performance, optimizing HR processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing HRMS modules internally (end-to-end) and managing cross-functional tech-HR collaboration.
