Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Engineering Manager to join our ITC Department. The selected candidate will be working with the product development team for business problems and workflows/processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the product development team and conduct third-party integrations for at least 1–2 products of mid to large size (preferably SAAS)
  • Work closely with product management teams on product capabilities, business problems and workflows / processes
  • Manage and provide technology-related guidance to the product team Drive planning processes and prioritize strategic and tactical work items
  • Understanding of Cloud Based Application deployment, especially in the Microsoft Azure space
  • Comprehensive understanding of ITSM and Agile Farmwork
