Position Summary

The Senior Manager of Warehouse & Production Control Operations & Launch is responsible for end‑to‑end material flow performance, from production planning and material control through warehouse execution and customer shipment. This role leads daily operations while ensuring schedule adherence, inventory accuracy, service level attainment, and cost control.

A critical accountability of this role is the successful transition of operations from the existing Mt. Juliet, TN warehouse to a newly built facility in Lebanon, TN, with a planned go‑live in June 2027. The Senior Manager will lead startup readiness, execute a seamless cutover, stabilize operations post‑launch, and transition the site to standardized daily execution.
