Purpose

The Senior Manager Model Design and Best Practices supports the Director, Model Design and Best Practices by analysing operational processes to identify, assess and set strategic initiatives to drive improvements throughout Retail and Small Business Collections. The incumbent plays a key role in determining, and proposing changes to collection models, in matters of operational processes, technology and organization. Also responsible for conducting financial assessments and providing support for successful implementations by ensuring full adherence to Scotiabank’s standards. This role participates in the timely delivery of high quality, value‑added assurance and business intelligence for collections business.
