As the Senior Manager, Growth Strategy and Operations, you will drive insight-led growth by turning market and customer data into clear, timely Go-To-Market (GTM) decisions. You will offer Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams a holistic view of revenue and retention growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities include:
Revenue Funnel & Attribution: Own full-funnel reporting and lead the Marketing attribution platform to ensure accurate reporting on ROI and CAC efficiency. Performance Insights: Proactively investigate anomalies and run recurring reviews of pipeline quality, velocity, and deal size with leadership. Campaign & ABM Analytics: Partner with Sales and Marketing to measure GTM impact and lead ABM reporting at account and company levels.
