Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Linux technical team. 
  • Stakeholder management. 
  • Continuous improvement in handling Linux operation( Incident/Service request/Change reuquest)
  • Bring efficiency by means of automation and standardization. ( Ansible automation and truesight server automation)
  • Good understanding of multilevel Technical support for diagnosing, reproducing and fixing Linux Hardware and O S issues/problems.
  • Responsible for managing Server related Incidents/Service Requests and Change Requests within the defined SLA.
  • Understanding in Linux administration and Troubleshooting, - Provide recommendations to improve and address/lead critical issues and root cause analysis.
