Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible in monitoring, balancing, and prioritizing the manufacturing line in order to achieve Target Flow Factor, CLIP, CTS, and OTD
• Planning and prioritizing WIP to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Proactively engage stakeholders to manage production capacity to meet demand forecast and resolve supply risk issues
• Drive production capacity optimization and ensure on time availability of relevant production capacity to meet demand using good planning systematic
• Identify opportunities and drive process improvement and digitalization
• Ensure good governance to planning processes to ensure compliance
• Generate reports and deliver concise presentations to management
