Job Description

Role Impact:

As a client relationship leader, provokes, creates and assembles opportunities for the office properties and portfolio by sourcing and securing new clients and working with existing tenants to satisfy expansion/renewal requirements. This role collaborates with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition through each of the client touch points.

What you will deliver:

  • Assist in the creation of the leasing strategy.

  • Develop and establish well formulated strategic leasing plans for assigned assets that are aligned to the strategic goals of the organization.

  • Identify, source and secure new clients, and work with existing clients to satisfy expansion/renewal requirements.

  • Negotiate deal terms with clients and follow up on the execution of final documentation.
