Your Impact

  • You lead IT audits and reviews across AGCO’s IT system infrastructure, applications, and processes

  • You prepare audit reports and recommendations and communicate them effectively to various levels of audit stakeholders

  • You engage and collaborate with the IT team, regional audit teams, AGCO’s audit co-sourcing partner, and external audit partners

  • You document audit results in compliance with industry standards (e.g., Institute of Internal Auditors) and internal departmental guidelines

  • You support the IT and Business organization with IT process and control-related inquiries, identify gaps, opportunities, and key risks, and evaluate the adequacy of propose...
