Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager with proven experience managing Mutual Fund Distributors (MFD) channel partners to drive AUM growth, strengthen distributor engagement, and achieve sales targets through strategic partner management. You will be the primary point of contact for MFD partners in the Kolkata region and will play a key role in driving distribution of mutual fund products and enhancing channel productivity.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and deepen strong relationships with Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) across Kolkata.

• Act as the front-line owner of distributor engagement — driving business, managing pipeline, and ensuring achievement of monthly / quarterly sales targets.

• Identify high-potential distributors, onboard them, and execute activation plans to maximize sales & AUM.
