- Design and embed our lending compliance framework: Develop and implement practical compliance frameworks, controls and governance that support a scalable lending business and align with Lendi Group's enterprise risk framework.
- Partner across the business: Work closely with Product, Lending, Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk & Compliance and external partners to ensure compliance requirements are built into products, processes and customer journeys from the outset.
- Drive customer outcomes and conduct oversight: Provide compliance oversight across responsible lending, Best Interests Duty, hardship, complaints, broker distribution and other key customer outcome obligations.
