Job Purpose:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of HR technology solutions and digital platforms to enhance employee experience across the organization. This role ensures seamless integration of HR systems, drives digital transformation initiatives and delivers data-driven insights to support management’s decision making to improve PVA workforce effectiveness.
