Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This position should be a logical successor to Senior Director HR.
Lead as a Business Partner Head for Turkey. Act as a facilitator and influencer on strategic HR topics. Manage and lead the HR team in the market covering domains like HRM, Rewards, Recruitment, Internal Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility. Provide the best HR solutions to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best people.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive a high level of communication with Management and Sr. Managers in the Market to contribute to the decision-making process of structuring and developing the team for the organization.
Ensure that all aspects of staffing, employee relations, performance management and compensation & benefits for all employees of the market and location are delivered timely and in accordance with relevant local labor and commercial legislation, in li...
