- Serve as a strategic HR business partner to a global Product Service Line (PSL), working directly with senior leadership to drive people strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Lead large-scale, strategic initiatives across regions, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational capability.
- Partner with COEs to deliver high-impact solutions across global teams while adapting practices to local requirements.
- Provide leadership across regions and functions to ensure alignment, drive execution, and support a globally integrated organization.
- Employee Development and Competency Program development and execution.
- Oversees implementation of organizational capability strategies to support business objectives (includes but not limited to organization design, team effectiveness, strategic change management and employee engagement), leveraging COE support when needed. <...
