THE ROLE: GROWTH, OPERATIONS & EXECUTION This is NOT just a media buying job. Acting as our operational co-pilot and growth engine, you will OWN revenue and seamless business execution. You will manage our end-to-end acquisition pipeline, optimize operations, and extract greater lifetime value from our existing customer base. Your First 90 Days (Success Metrics) • Retention & Reactivation: Generate measurable repeat revenue from past buyers (your 1 mission). Acquisition & Efficiency: Move CPA closer to our ₹200 target with stable, profitable campaigns. Operational Leaks: Reduce Add-to-Cart to Checkout drop-off (currently ~23%) via rapid funnel execution. Reporting Systems: Set up a strict reporting cadence for performance and operational tracking.
