What You Will Do

Operational Leadership & Service Delivery

• Lead end‑to‑end AP operations across global processes, ensuring service delivery, control compliance, and performance stability.
• Maintain consistent operational performance across both steady‑state and complex operating conditions.
• Safeguard financial integrity by enforcing policies, controls, and governance standards across AP activities.

Escalation & Issue Management

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex and high‑impact operational issues.
• Lead resolution of critical issues by balancing business impact, control requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure timely intervention and resolution to minimize disruption to operations and financial processes.
