• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des Finanzbereichs inkl. Accounting, Treasury und Zahlungsverkehr.
• Erstellung und Überwachung von Budgets sowie Liquiditätsplanung (DATEV, AgiCap).
• Umsatz- und Absatzplanung sowie jährliche Aktualisierung des Business Plans in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vorstand.
