Senior Manager Finance Controller

Role Overview
The Finance Controller is responsible for end-to-end financial accounting, statutory compliance, internal controls, and audit governance. The role ensures accuracy of financial records, audit readiness, and strong financial discipline as the business scales across B2B channels and multi-location operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Close
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing under Ind AS
Ensure accuracy of GL, provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and balances
Manage consolidation and inter-company accounting, where applicable
Controls, Compliance & Audit
Design, implement, and enforce accounting controls and SOPs
Lead statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit processes
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and applicable regulations
Inventory & Cost Accounting
Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, ageing, and write-offs
