Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role.

• Leading EFA FAR team in Kulim focusing on customer return, RnD and Qualification towards Infineon's Asia FAR hub in Kulim. Managing FAR team in FA KLM incl. resource, HC, invest, optimization of resources and deliveries, e.g. schedule, budget, quality, cycle time, KPI and analysis concepts. Leading managers as well as Technical Ladder engineers, engineers, technicians and operators.
• Interface to and communication with all relevant internal partners from Operations, QM and Divisions. Budget and HC responsibility for FA KLM budget related to FAR.
• Providing state of the art Failure Analysis services (performance, cost, quality) to the respective Product Lines/ Business Divisions and other related customers.
