Event Content Strategy, Experience & Execution
Lead the development of integrated content strategies and program agendas that align business objectives with audience experience, production realities, and event flowDrive the content critical path, understanding dependencies across event planning, production, creative, and communications to ensure on-time deliveryLead ownership of runsheet and script development/emcee alignment, ensuring clarity, pacing, tone, and audience engagementReview and approve all presentation materials for accuracy, brand alignment, and experience considerations such as timing, transitions, and stagingEnsure bilingual (English/French) content strategies are thoughtfully and consistently embedded across the attendee experienceDevelop post-event content strategies that extend value beyond the live moment Speaker & Talent Management
