Job Summary

Provides Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations advisory, and ensures execution of the ER strategy in Malaysia, including Global Banking Services (GBS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape behaviours and culture by protecting the bank against employee‑related risk through clear procedures, policies and compliance with employment law.
  • Lead the ER, Fair Accountability and Conduct product suite in the country, including disciplinary management, grievance management and outplacement services.
  • Manage external stakeholder relationships with unions, employee representative bodies, legal firms and local labour ministries.
