Job Description:
• Lead and supervise the electrical and control/software engineering teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Develop and implement scalable methods and procedures for software development and system integration.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Perform technical support and troubleshooting for control-related issues during on-site equipment servicing.
• Provide technical consultation to project managers and customers, ensuring alignment with requirements
• Evaluate electrical schematics and design documents for build-to-print and custom projects.
• Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent to meet current and future business needs. Plan, monitor, and manage departmental budgets, headcount, and project timelines.
• Ensure adherence to software and safety standards (SEMI, ISO, CE, UL).
