Senior Manager, Distribution Centre

Reporting to the Senior Director of the Distribution Center, the Senior Manager, Operations plays a key strategic role in the oversight, optimization, and evolution of a high-volume, fast‑paced distribution center. A large‑scale leader, the incumbent is responsible for orchestrating operations across two shifts, mobilizing an extended management structure, and ensuring sustainable performance aligned with the company’s strategy. Both a strategist and a hands‑on leader, they contribute directly to operational excellence, capacity growth, and the continuous transformation of operations.
