As a key member of the CPS Mexico Greenfield, the Senior Manager, Digitization will lead and support efforts to deliver the digital scope for the plant, working collaboratively with cross‑functional business partners to understand business needs, identify digitisation opportunities, existing standards and deliver them with the support of Digital Delivery Team (DDT), Global Automation (OT), Platform Services (IT) and Global Functions.

Responsibilities

• Startup Leadership : Lead the end‑to‑end startup process for Automation, WCS, CIMO, Digital Manufacturing Systems and SAP scopes, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
