Job Description
1. Production support and maintenance of applications with the objective of ensuring minimal impact and downtime.
2. Handle Account Management of all existing providers Create & keep track of several KPIs to evaluate the efficiency of the selected strategy.
3. Manage the link between business, finance, legal, marketing & IT needs related to Online Payment and make recommendations on strategy & operations as needed.
4. Measure and track performance of each Payment Processor ex- Success Ratio.
5.Resolve functionality issues and address more complex program issues; Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
6.Supervise a team that include staffing, coaching, performance management and problem solving.
7.Coordinate with Business and other stakeholders to continually improve application function and design.
