Job Description
The Band C - Total Rewards is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the organization’s compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy for India. This role ensures that all reward programs are competitive, compliant with local regulations, aligned to business goals, and effective in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent. The position works closely with HR leadership, business leaders, and reports to India Total Rewards Head to drive data‑based decision-making and deliver a consistent, equitable employee experience.
The role sits within the India Rewards function and reports into Head of Reward for India by delivering analytical, operational, and advisory reward support.
The role contributes to regional reward initiatives, while responding to general employee compensation queries and supporting broader HR and business decision‑making.
